SYNOPSIS: Harry is rescued from Privet Drive, we meet some new characters and read about some familiar ones. Harry has a few choice words for Ron and Hermione, and the kids clue Harry in to what's been going on with the Order while he's been gone.

I had to look up what capslock harry even meant. Boy, am I out of the loop!
ReplyDeleteYeah, he was angry a lot and when he yelled I guess they chose to use the internet custom of allcaps for yelling. I don't have a problem with that.
It goes back to the fact of what Harry had been through--death of a friend, escape from Voldy, perceived abandonment by his friends, etc. When my dad died, I went a little "Capslock Harry" myself and I was in my 30's. :-)
On my re-read I actually felt that Harry's friends weren't really thinking about things from Harry's point-of-view and I was angry at Ron and Hermione for not realizing the fragile state that grief had put Harry in. No wonder he didn't fess up to what was happening with the scar and all.
